According to a declaration issued on Wednesday, NATO country leaders decided to increase assistance to the Afghan Security Forces, providing more trainers and extending financial support.
NATO members also decided to set up a new counter-hybrid support teams and to draw on national cyber capabilities to address hybrid threats.
